Shipments and deliveries
- When do we ship?
Since we are located in a rural area, we are not part of the usual route for transport companies… but good things are worth waiting for!
Our orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday will be shipped on the Tuesday of the following week. We do not ship on public holidays and other non-business days.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be shipped once the payment has been credited to our bank account.
When will you receive your order?
- Deliveries to Mainland Spain:
You will receive your order within approximately 2 to 3 business days if we receive the order before 12:00 PM. If we receive it after 12:00 PM, the delivery time will be approximately 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times may be increased by 1 additional working day when delivering to very remote areas.
- Deliveries to the Balearic Islands and Portugal:
Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal will take 24 hours longer than those to the mainland.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
We assure you that we will do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives within the abovementioned delivery times. However, we cannot be held responsible for external factors unforeseen situations affecting transport services, strikes, accidents, etc.) that may affect the delivery of the order and, consequently, the correct fulfillment of the delivery time.
- Deliveries to the rest of the world. Worldwide shipping.
We love to ship La Cultivada outside our borders and we deliver to almost all of Europe: Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia.

Sustainability
We try to be environmentally-friendly in all our actions. We protect your order by carefully packing it with recycled and corrugated cardboard so that it arrives in perfect condition given that the transport companies are always working flat out. Whenever it is not possible for us to reuse material, we only use just what is necessary. Plus we trust that you will also be able to reuse it yourself as a commitment to the environment and our planet.
