When combined with fresh, juicy fruit, the depth of cocoa and the silky texture of our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lacultivada\/reels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>La Cultivada Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the result is pure pleasure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, it\u2019s breakfast, but also an edible poem best shared around the table.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Cultivada Arbequina is our <\/span><b>star EVOO of the season<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, inspiring us to create new bites and explore its incomparable flavour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is <\/span><b>a simple, sweet recipe perfect for anyone and everyone. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And if it turns out well (and it will), you\u2019ll want to make it again and again.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ingredients (serves 2)<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 slices of brioche bread<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">120 g strawberries<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 g 70% dark chocolate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La Cultivada Arbequina EVOO<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fresh mint leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Preparation<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wash and quarter the strawberries. Place them in a small saucepan with 3\u20134 tablespoons of water and cook for 3\u20134 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, cut the brioche slices and toast them in a pan without oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Add 1 tablespoon of <\/span><b>La Cultivada Arbequina EVOO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and blend well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assemble your breakfast: on a plate, place a slice of brioche, top with half of the melted chocolate, and then add half the strawberries.
